Is the on-site sessions for Jakarta students only ?

Yes for now. Tutorific is a Jakarta-based tutoring service. Students outside Jakarta are highly encouraged to use our online sessions. But we are hoping to reach you guys soon.
How long does each session take ?

Each session typically took around 90-120 minutes depending on the student's current need. Scheduling a back-to-back session is also possible with prior notice.
Do students need to pay prior beginning the lessons, or after ?

Both are possible. We provide two different payment scheme that you may choose, to pay in advance or in the following month. See our Plans & Pricing menu for more detail.
What to do if the students suddenly needs to reschedule ?

Please do let us know at least 24 hours prior, so that we may have enough time to reschedule the lesson and the tutor's schedule.
What if the teacher is suddenly unable to attend ?

We'll reschedule the lesson to a later date. But if the lesson's urgent and needed to be done right away, a sub-teacher will be assigned to teach you.
What if the assigned tutor isn't a good fit ?

We'll always try our best to match the best tutor for you. But if otherwise, we'll gladly match you with a new tutor.
Will parents get a sort of progress report ?

We'll send a monthly report personally typed by the tutors regarding the student's progress. But parents can always ask for a daily progress by Admin's WhatsApp !
